Home Instead - Reigate and Tandridge

The past four years have provided lots of positive memories while meeting and working alongside a lovely team. I was unsure of my career path before finding Home Instead. The company has provided opportunities for me to develop the skills and confidence needed to have a rewarding career. Helping others will always be such a wonderful thing to do and at Home Instead we provide a minimum two hour visit with our clients, ensuring we go home knowing that we have really made a difference to someones day.

I have been working for Homeinstead Reigate for over a year now. I have had nothing but an amazing experience with this company, the office staff have just been amazing! There is always someone to speak to when needed, Greg Brown the manager treat his staff very well,fair and is very supportive. Every one you work with are very friendly, iv enjoyed spending time with my clients and their families. Knowing you make a difference to someone's day is so rewarding and enjoyable I can highly recommend this company if you are looking to get in to the care industry, there are also lots of opportunities to train and progress.

Home Instead (Tandridge) is very friendly company to work for. The clients appreciate that they have the same members of regular staff, and minimum of 2hours means they dont rush in & out. It is a rewarding job offering clients companionship and greater independence at home and trips out.

Home Instead has given me the most wonderful, fulfilling job, where I really want to go to work and see my lovely Clients. I get so much from my Clients, and It is great when you know you can make a difference to someone's day. I just love my job!
