Suchfun Kennels & Cattery

We have now used Suchfun Kennels twice for our Jack Russell puppy while we went on two separate week-long holidays abroad. The first occasion was when she was only 6 months old and the second when she was nearly 9 months old. We were initially worried leaving her in kennels at such a young age but, thankfully, have been so impressed and thrilled with Suchfun on both occasions! Simon and Anne clearly love what they do - and, of course, love dogs. When we picked her up the first time she was in great spirits; so much so that when we brought her the second time she was excited to be back! When we collected her on the second occasion she was full of energy and had definitely been well cared for in our absence. They are very friendly people and the way they speak about your pets shows they truly care for them. The only improvement I could perhaps suggest would be the occasional update on how your pet is doing/occasional photo of them - but, even without, you can be sure your pet is being very well cared for and looked after by Simon and Anne. 100% recommend!

Cat and dog have been going here 5+ years. Anne and Simon are very accommodating. My cat is very shy but loves her cuddles here. My dog has a sensitive tummy which is always catered for.

As our 9yr old dog hadnt been in kennels for 7 years and our 15 months puppy has never been away from home i was a bit nervous about trying anywhere BUT after an initial enquiry i felt confident I may have found somewhere good. The owner was also concerned re our older boy but gave me lots of advice including re jabs which the vets hadnt reminded me were due. I think it speaks volumes when you collect your dogs and they come bounding over but then go back to the kennel owner for strokes rather than bolting for the gate! Great service and will definitely be using again. Thank you
