        STAY AWAY from this agency, Absolutely shocking service. The staff are disorganised and waste your time. They are time wasters save yourself the headache. One star they do not even deserve. The way they treat individuals is not right and i do not even know how they are still operating.

        Gave them a brand new flat, service was good at start then went down hill, used cheap trade people for repairs, shoddy work, check out not done correctly and tenants complain of un clean property, now with a much more professional company that take pride in their work. Good luck.

        Havent dealt with many letting agents and I will highly recommend Maxwell Valentine. Their professionalism is above par. Holly even offered to be a helping had when I was going through PND and thats speaks volumes. They always look out for their clients well being. If i was to remain within London, I would not have parted with their services. They are the best
