We as a company have been with TLP now for 14+ years to which I only joined around 2 years ago now. I have really appreciated TLP's ongoing support and friendly attitude. Most recently we have moved offices and we have had TLPs input into this and honestly was a very smooth transition with their assistance!

What a find! For 3 weeks, I'd been suffering from "an uncooperative 8, i, k and comma" on the keyboard of my laptop. I decided to see if it was fixable before shelling out for a new one. I phoned TLP and got an immediate appointment to diagnose the underlying problem. My laptop clearly "got scared" and behaved perfectly in front of a trained professional, making me look like a right muppet - absolutely nothing appeared to be wrong. Result: perfectly behaving keyboard and NO CHARGE!!!! What a nice guy, eh? I'll definitely go back if I hit any other IT issues in future. THANKS VERY MUCH. :) Yvonne

We cannot rate too highly the service provided by Rod and his team at TLP Technology. Apart from helping us with routine matters relating to our IT they were instrumental recently in firstly identifying a mailbox hack and then taking all necessary action to stop the incursion in it's tracks. We have used their services for a number of years now and have always found their expertise and promptness a real comfort.
