The Salt Box

Salt Box never disappoints and the Foraging and Wild Pizza experience was no exception. Becky and Christian are so passionate and enthusiastic about what they do and it shines through continuously. The site is beautiful and abundant and the setting for cooking and feasting is like something from a film set. I had the loveliest, relaxed morning and a delicious lunch under the trees that I really didn't want to leave. I will be back! High recommended.

What a day! Beckie, Christian and the team's passion for the wild is incredible. We all learnt so much and have taken away a new passion for cooking on fire with foraged foods. Thank you all so much x

I had a brilliant day with Beckie, Christian and the team. Both were extremely knowledgeable and passionate about sharing their love for good food, along with foraged and local produce. If you love food and enjoy being out in the great British Countryside please book yourself on a Salt Box course or event.

Fun and informative day in the woods. I really enjoyed it. Beckie and Christian and their team put a lot of effort into the day. We used good quality local ingredients and the recipes were reasonably easy and bloody delicious! Its a lot of money to spend in one day but i felt it was good value for the price.

What an awesome, fun and informative course. I was bought the Venison butchery and cooking course as a Christmas present. It was a really enjoyable experience in a fantastic setting. The team at The Salt Box makes you feel very welcome from when you arrive and they look after you throughout the day, providing lots of tasty meals, so you go home full of knowledge and food! If you are interested in outdoor cooking and working with venison, I can highly recommend the guys at The Salt Box.
