All smiling faces from entrance till the exit and I really loved the welcoming tone from everyone in this office. For the first time, I've seen my daughter calm and not crying in a doctor's office. Thank you!

I have seen a few doctors and surgeries in my time, The Wells clinic is by far the best. Always punctual, no crowded reception area, Dr Wells is the best doctor I have seen. Very highly recommended

Absolutely HORRIBLE people and horrible clinic. Extremely poor communication and no care whatsoever. They do not bother about their patients so long as they get their money. They first sent me the incorrect location for my vaccine appointment the night before at the last minute!! This was 2 hours away from the actual place where I had my appointment. I then got to the right place eventually after all the hassle and waste of my time and money and they tell me that they missed prdering my medication. Now this is something I had booked 2 months in advance!!! Got a bloody notification to come see them. And they wasted my time and money to not even call and tell me before that they messed up on ordering the medication. Least they could do. No one has even bothered to support or help the situation or offer any consolation for the trouble and inconvenience they caused. Edit to my response here as I cannot respond to Dr Wells: Money wasted in terms of getting to you, due to the absolute lack of communication. (And poor comms on the day + prev night). Questionable service and organisation skills, if you can't call the same day to say that you haven't ordered in any of the vaccine. Yes you did provide that info but all very unhelpful as none really had any availability, 1 of which was closed. inconvenient. I have sorted out my own 2nd dose not thanks to you, but thanks to a friend to has looked to understand, actively listen and help the situation. I am obviously apprehensive of ever booking with any clinic that's run by you as I don't want any more of my time and money further wasted. And as I previously said I will be putting forward a formal complaint on this. thanks!
