Food Safety Guru

After using Food Safety Guru for the past few months we have today been awarded a 5 star hygiene rating coming from a previous 2 star hygiene rating. The system is very easy to use, all the staff picked it up straight away. Our environmental health officer was very impressed by it too. Im sure all the other staff at food guru are fantastic but I want to say a special thank you to Arran and Julie who have both supported us in getting things up and running, doing virtual inspections and always being on the end of the phone when either myself or the staff have ever had a question. Thank you so much, looking forward to a long working relationship with you all.

We signed up with FSG in April 22, our Head Chef and his team love how easy the online forms are to use. The virtual audits are a great additional service to keep everyone on their toes which helped us recently be awarded another 5 star from the EHO! Thanks FSG.

The support that Julie and the team at Food Safety Guru provides is outstanding. Regular updates and feedback given, live video walk-arounds easily arranged and emails answered with quick turnaround time. Julie is fully engaged and really knows her stuff. And as a result of her passionate input, our whole team, front and back of the restaurant are now far more engaged with the process of ensuring excellent food hygiene. The software is easy to use and its been brilliant to have everything stored in one place and to be paperless. We started using Food Safety Guru after receiving a disappointing 3/5 in our last inspection a year ago. We knew we were better than that but our paperwork trail and up to date knowledge of food laws seriously let us down. Weve just had a successful return inspection and Im delighted to report that we scored FULL MARKS with EHO even commenting how impressed he was across the board at both our sites. Our 5/5 score is credit to the care and consideration Julie has to her clients. We felt almost proud to show EHO around!
