I recently visited this cafe in the area and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Despite the fact that they had tiled flooring, they did not allow any dogs inside the premises, even small (clean) ones. This is a huge disappointment considering that the culture is rapidly changing towards more dog-friendly environments, and it is becoming increasingly common for cafes to allow pets inside. The limited menu options on the day we arrived only added to our frustration. It's frustrating to pay a premium for food and drinks only to find that there are hardly any options available. It was a huge letdown and left us feeling dissatisfied with the entire experience. The fact that this cafe doesn't allow dogs is a huge downside, and we won't be returning anytime soon. With so many other options in the immediate area, and Redhill that are becoming more pet-friendly, there's no excuse for a cafe to be so restrictive towards customers with pets. I hope the management of this cafe will reconsider their policy and move towards a more inclusive and modern approach. Until then, I cannot recommend this cafe, especially to pet owners looking for a comfortable place to grab a bite and relax.

Lovely place for a coffee and cake. Stopped in with my kids around 10.30 one morning, it was lovely a quiet and the staff were impeccable. Helpful and polite at every opportunity. I had a chai latte and slice of cake and a babychino for little one. The drinks were the right temperature for the age and tasted amazing (my daughter was thrilled with the number of marshmallows). The cake was gorgeous and a very generous portion!! Will be going back again for lunch one day the sandwiches and other items on show (and on the menu) looked amazing. Good size car park but not can be busy and quite muddy. Toilets available with baby change facilities. Most is buggy friendly and on one level but the area to pay and order is down a couple of steps.
