I done the mindfulness wellbeing programme with Amanda and its been amazing from start to finish. I have been wanting to start my healing journey for a while now and I must say its a great programme to do. Over 6 weeks you have different topics and manuals which helps you along your journey with so much knowledge in each so can you see what parts work best for you so you can use that tool to help you learn, grow and continue on your mindfulness wellbeing after the programme is complete. Amanda is such a warm soul and she makes you feel so comfortable and at ease throughout. Shes amazing at listening, answering all your questions and giving you tips and guidance. Im so happy I found the school of mindful healing. Since starting and completing her programme I have also attending sound baths she does monthly which I would always recommend as they are so relaxing and her day retreat which blew my mind. Thank you for your amazing courses and helping me along my healing journey. Xx

I thoroughly enjoyed Amanda's Mindfulness Wellbeing Programme. I had been looking to do something like this for a while and am so pleased I found it. Amanda makes you feel comfortable from the start. She takes the time to answer any questions you have and is happy to share advice. The course flows really well and I feel I have learnt so much over the duration. Having the manual means you can go back over any subject at any time. I have attended lots of Amanda's Reiki Sound Meditations which I cannot recommend enough. I really feel they have helped me in my journey

My daughter has been going to the crystal healing workshops for the last few weeks and the difference has been amazing. She has been able to express herself and explain how shes feeling so much better since attending. The workshops are fun, engaging and magical. My daughter comes out relaxed and always smiling. I would highly recommend, especially if your children are struggling with big feelings and emotions that they may not understand. They finish the workshop with a meditation which is a great practice to learn from a young age.

I had such a great experience with Amanda, she has helped me so much through the mindfulness wellbeing programme over the last 6 weeks! I highly recommend the programme and look forward to attending the reiki sound meditation in the new year.
