I am currently renting a gorgeous property through Hammond Properties, with a lovely Landlord. The process was easy and any help I required was given to me without fail. Would highly recommend them as a estate agent as they have so much care and love in what they do.

We recently appointed Hammond Properties to manage our small block of flats in Beckenham. From experience, a good block management company in the South East is very hard to find. Hammond Properties have already excelled where past local management companies have failed for us. They just seem to be able to get things done, proactively find solutions, and deliver good value. As a resident, it is wonderful to now have a fair service charge that results in quality work being done. It's also a very personal service from Joe, Lucy and Lee, which means your block is not just a statistic on a computer system to them. They'll agree a proper holistic strategy with you, and communicate regularly. I would recommend appointing Hammonds as they take a genuine interest in doing a good job, and it really does make all the difference!
