        Avoid, avoid, avoid I will never spend another Penny with this company. Spent nearly 400 on a pond pump and accessories, had it three weeks the bolts holding the exhaust came undone, threaded and the exhaust snapped off. Returned to store for an exchange, told I have to wait 3 weeks for it to be inspected before they can consider refund or exchange. I would understand if Id had it 3 months but 3 weeks use and then having to wait 3 weeks for them to let me know what theyre going to do about it is outrageous. They quickly told me its in their rights to not replace or refund until they have sent it away for inspection, Im sure it is but its not fair, i have a job to do clearing a pond, with no pump for the foreseeable future. If I had bought it from Amazon, I could just send it back, dont take the risk with this company by it from Amazon.
