A fantastic place for The professional tradesperson and homeowner. I have used both branches for a number of years, always met with a positive reception, quality products, good stock, quick turnaround all at a reasonable price. They are sympathetic towards keeping businesses working and even in the case that I have thrown up a last minute impossibility, they have done their utmost to help. I am comfortable to send clients (mostly homeowners)to the showroom (Orpington) which has a fantastic choice to cater for a broad taste and they communicate the necessary information in to laymans terms, ending with a stress free and happy turnaround for all.

Excellent service from Plumbers Warehouse. We had been let down 4 times by companies showing shower trays in stock and offering "next day delivery", only to reveal after placement of order ... and payment, that the item would take weeks to deliver. Very helpful guys at PW sourced the item we were looking for, took it into stock and we were able to collect the next day. Friendly, helpful service when we collected too. We are very satisfied.
