Took my XSR700 in for a major valve clearance service. Staff were more than efficient and very very friendly. Was also given a very nice courtesy bike. Thank you guys once again see you again next time.

Great bike shop, very friendly and helpful. Happy to spend time with you advising on the appropriate bike, offering recommendations and carrying out work to a high standard. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

I traded my KTM motorcycle to Sondel Sport and purchased a new Yamaha in Jan. Simon gave me a reasonable price on my KTM as part of an exchange and was not pushy towards selling me the most expensive bike within the showroom. Simon and Skylar asked the right questions and gave me valuable opinions and advice based on what I wanted and my requirements. I had a lengthy email exchange with Simon, I asked for many different type of quotes that included additional parts and each time Simon would reply back to me quickly (sometimes on Sundays when he wasn't meant to be working) I was interested in 2 different motorcycles, one of them was not a demo bike, but Simon let me take the spotless bike out for a test ride and get it filthy dirty, This was so I could make a better informed decision on my purchase. after a lot of quotes for parts, different bikes and time, I decided on a bike. Sondel did not have the particular colour I wanted in stock, so Simon called up other Yamaha dealerships around the UK and found the colour I wanted and did a trade with them. Simon then jumped in the van himself to bring the bike back to Sondel. As a part of my purchase I ordered a lot of extras, The Sondel team managed to order, fit and deliver the motorcycle within the short time I asked and even stayed late until 11pm fitting the extras and delivering the bike. I cannot fault this dealership for customer service, from the sales team, through to the mechanics. superb service and I would highly recommend them. I have been to nearly every dealership in Kent, Sondel has been by far the best service yet. Well done Sondel Team!
