Diamond Home Renovations

Whilst initially very happy with the work carried out (refurbishment of main bathroom) events have occurred that have caused me to edit my review. On 25/11/2020 a major water leak has developed. After initially promising to attend (appointment not kept) my calls, texts, and WhatsApp messages have all been blanked. With no response from DHR for over a week I am forced to come to the conclusion that his Guarantee is worthless. After a week in which I have had no heating and have had to accept damage to the fabric of my property if I want running water I will be forced to employ another to remedy this situation. We used Diamond Home Renovation to complete a loft conversion for us in Bexley. We were really happy we chose them and couldn?t fault their attention to detail and involvement in the project. They included us every step of the way and we felt really comfortable with them in our home. I would definitely reccomend them to all my friends and family.

I have recently used diamond services for a full home renovation, from the start to finish I found there service very pleasant. I was always given updates on day to day progress of the work being carried out always in contact with the manager of the project. All the tradesmen that was working in my property was nice and clean the quality of work is 100% to the highest quality. I was given a 2 year workmanship warranty by diamond services. I have had other builders work in my properties before but with this experience from diamond services I don't think I'll need to look for any other company as I can trust them fully. Wish diamond services all the best for the future
