        I sent a message Saturday night not expecting a reply til Monday. Ian replied within the hour and said bring the bike in Monday! I took it to him early Monday and had it back all repaired mid afternoon. Did what needed doing and didn't do what didn't needed doing - unlike other places! Very efficient, very polite and I'm very pleased. i would highly recommend. thanks Ian
