Went for my major service today and couldn't have been treated better. Really great customer service from the beginning. I arrived an hour early just after 7am and parked by the bollards at the entrance. About 10 minutes later the very kind forecourt supervisor came out and collapsed the bollards and showed me to a parking space even though they weren't open until 8am. He accompanied me inside and made sure I knew where the complementary drinks were and that I was comfortable. The very friendly receptionist came over and said hello. Seeing that I was using my laptop, she told me where a table was that I could plug into to save my battery. The toilets were super clean and there was hand sanitizer on every table. Cleaning was also undertaken while I waited. So nice to see a business taking its responsibility when Covid is still around. Yosh took care of the service itself in quick time and I received the usual video and paperwork in a timely and pleasant fashion. I am often critical of businesses forgetting the pleasantries as I come from a public relations consultancy background where we have always fallen over ourselves to be nice and get things right - but this was outstanding service which I believe should be recognised. The car was washed and valeted and I was out in two and half hours. I will use this branch again. Congratulations everyone involved.

I have bought my last 3 cars from here but my latest experience was by far top class Went in January to order my new car and met the lovely Sodiq. Everything run super smooth and couldnt rate him enough (would defo be more than a 5 star lol) Love the car also. Thanks sodiq, me and Jack appreciated it

When 24 hrs is not enough to call me back to manage a service appointment, then how long is the service duration? Please vote for one of the excuses: 1. System issue 2. The colleagues are extremely busy 3. Reason Covid-19 or updated Covid-23 4. Unlucky service department 5. Worst dealership ever. Service took two days. Another minor job that should take an hour looks like would take another couple of days. They are always quick to upsell and dont really care about you really. Trust me find yourself a good garage and save yourself the hassle. Would rate zero if I could.
