Proplaters - the company who damage a 41,000 car, say theyll cover the cost of the repairs, yet still havent! Having to take legal action against this company!!! Proplaters delivered a brand new Audi TT Black Edition to me at Liverpool docks on behalf of Audi Yeovil. I was advised by Audi Yeovil the car would be transported inside an enclosed trailer - Proplaters did not deliver the car inside an enclosed trailer, it was strapped to an open platform trailer! I was advised by Audi Yeovil the Proplaters delivery driver would be wearing full PPE and gloves - the Proplaters delivery driver Dave was not! I had to spend 30mins cleaning the inside of my brand new car because of the dirty fingerprints left by the delivery driver. Upon inspection of the car, scuff and scratch marks were found on the paintwork of the drivers door sill and black plastic door saddle inside the car - on a Custom paint colour that I was charged 3,000 extra for! The delivery driver Dave took responsibility for the damage and said he could have done it when he was polishing the car. These were not polishing scuff marks, these were marks caused by someone carelessly dragging their feet in and out of the car door and scuffing the custom paint work with their shoes. Polishing the car would not explain the scuffs marks to the black plastic door saddle inside the car. The delivery driver Dave then opened the drivers door into the trailer ramp and chipped the paintwork on the drivers door - again, this is a custom colour paint work that I was charged 3,000 extra for! Dave did apologise and took responsibility for the damage he caused (all of which he noted in his handover report) and said Proplaters would cover the cost to have the damages repaired, as they did it before as this was the second car he had damaged!!! This did not reassure me of this delivery drivers competence. Dave advised someone would contact me first thing that Monday morning to sort the damagesI did not receive a call from Proplaters. Ive called 3 times chasing this up only to be fobbed off by Mitch saying his boss was out of the office again and again. Now having to take legal action against this company for damages caused to my brand new custom paint Audi TT Black edition as a result of their negligence!

Jordan and team excellent. Kept me informed of whole process and timing so i could arrange things inc on day 30min 'ETA'. Helpful introduction to key car controls as new to EVs. Also helped with after departure panic when I looked myself out of screen access. Great. Mark

Great service. Absolutely amazing team. We had our car breakdown on M1 and there team saw us and helped recover to nearest services free of cost. I would give them 5 star.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We have previously used Anyvan, but wanted a more personal service than you get with an online organisation as there were a few complications with our requirements. Their quote was lower than two others we received and having used other car transport companies over the past few years, their service was by far the best. Friendly, efficient and with excellent communication. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.
