Have been a customer for 15 years They couldnt be bothered to send an engineer I guess we are too small Anyway googled another company which came out straight away for half their call out fee So much for loyalty to Customers

We were looking for a new fryer for our catering trailer, it was fitted about a month ago. Our previous fryer failed during our really busy period, so we needed a quick solution. We contacted IDS, this was delivered and installed by very swiftly, the van needed some minor modifications, which were carried out at the same time. We were treated very professional from the start to the finish, from the initial call handler, through to the sales team, not forgetting the friendly and professional engineers that fitted the equipment. We will certainly be using them again for any future equipment, breakdowns and gas safety checks. Thank you IDS Life s a Beach Brean

Oh dear Alan Rowe. I think it would be advisable to tell the truth when writing a review. You failed to mention that IDS called you 5 times after you requested a call out and left a message. You called the following day and demanded that an engineer is sent that day, you were told that that would not be possible and was then abusive and rude to the call handler. Personally I am rather concerned that someone with your temperament is left in charge of a youth centre!!!
