Absolutely first class, in every way. From initial visit to the showroom, to order and fit, the level of service was impeccable. The care and attention to detail taken when installing the flooring was second to none, not to mention the hard work and graft that they put in. I had Karndean throughout downstairs which is a great quality product and carpet on the stairs and in the bedrooms, which is like walking on a cloud! Simply an amazing company to engage with. Great price, awesome products and just superbly fitted. The guys did a truly outstanding job. Couldn't be happier with the results - we had upstairs carpeted and downstairs fitted with vinyl flooring and the only downside is that we left two rooms alone! I wish I'd had those done as well now. We had quite a bit of other work going on, with the usual problems and delays etc., and AA were so flexible and worked around other contractor issues to get our floors down ASAP. Plenty of businesses tell you the customer comes first, but at AA they really seem to mean it. Would recommend to anyone. Service: Install flooring

I have written this review several times only for it to be deleted. We had an awful experience with this company when they laid our floor in a different style to how we agreed. When we raised this we were told it would be impossible to lift the floor and re-lay it and so all they could offer was a small amount of money off the final bill which we were led to believe was the only option. A few months later the floor started to lift and peel. When I contacted the company they refused to come out and look and so I contacted Karndean who were fantastic and told us that it would have been possible to re-lay the floor and that the floor that had been laid was faulty. Despite them sending a report to AA flooring to this affect, they denied receiving it and it was only when I started legal proceedings that they finally gave us a full refund. The tone of Michelles emails were hostile and aggressive as well as dishonest. I would strongly advice anybody against using this company as there are much more reputable companies locally that we have subsequently used with none of these issues.
