        Can not fault sunny bank Farm at all. The owners were really lovely and incredible - kept in touch leading up to our stay and provided plenty of helpful information. The boats were a huge hit and we loved going out on the lake, and the farm is just a few meters down the road from the lovely off road walk/path that runs alongside the lake into Coniston. The house itself was absolutely spotless, and was really warm and comfortable. We had absolutely everything we could possibly need, with a kitchen better equipped than my own! The games and dvds were also big hits. The gardens are absolutely stunning, and I just wish the weather had been a little better for our stay!
