I have used this company several times and I'm very happy. They have a large range of tools and their prices are competitive. I will be back.

I live opposite this site! I have had to listen to your ALARM RINGING For OVER AN HR! My son has school in the morning! AND ITS NOT THE FIRST TIME!! 2am until 4am, then 5am to 7am, and tonight 7pm until 8:30! The owner turned up, I complained and he smiled at me! Its ok for you get here after an hr of the alarm going off with your son! Other people have children in bed trying to sleep! Absolutely a joke!!

So i needed to break through the concrete at my partners house, and option to hire a tool for the job I decided to try and hire a jackhammer/breaker from this nearby hire station to do the job; i work as a developer and designer, so i don't get much time outside of writing code and designing. So I decided to try this hire station that's just by my workplace and my partners house. I phoned on the Thursday and the man manning the phone was really helpful; i told him i'd be in on the Saturday morning to pay and borrow the equipment for the weekend. So on Saturday I headed out from my partners house after clearing space to work and headed over to Brandon Hire Station, I could just about see a sign from entering the yard which pointed saying "entrance this way"; now i'm hard of sight after losing use of my right eye as a child, and so i proceeded to look around the corner in the yard, looking towards the building in the centre for an entrance and only seeing a shutter door in front of me; so i clearly looked lost looking for the entrance. After all, i phoned those days prior and i wanted to get started on some work ( we urgently need to break up this concrete ); suddenly I hear a buzzing sound and a door open and a man walks around the corner and tells me quite sternly "what do you think you're doing, the door's this way". So I apologise and tell him I've been looking for the entrance but i'm a bit hard of sight and without hesitation i mentioned i've spoken to a colleague on Thursday for a breaker and they mentioned it'd be 45 for the weekend and i'd have to pay 100; they then very slowly looked me completely up and down in suspicion which i thought was incredibly rude. I have no reference what type of customers they might get at times but the fact that i am a large black male who clearly is here to hire equipment, and is speaking ( what i hope is ) articulately and clearly shouldn't be met with this blunt tone, this suspicious look and to slowly look me up and down as well. After all they have every right to refuse to serve me if need be; so i went inside, he got the breaker, and a portable transformer as well and began getting my details from the back desk; i mentioned i couldn't see the anti-bacterial wash as i'm hard of sight, and he ignored me. And then when i asked advice on getting close to the edge of the path with the breaker he just shrugged. All in all the equipment has been doing the job and i'm happy about that, but feeling like i'm being inspected is not a nice feeling when i am very clearly looking for the entrance so i can hire and get on with my day, as for the reviews stating about amazing customer service and a helpful team unfortunately i didn't get to experience that today.
