Met one P.C who seemed to be on his man period but never the less he was at least reasonable

Thieving coppers, was asked to answer some questions here about the recent theft of a statue, so went up to answer questions and when they released me again and I went to put my 540 gold Belcher chain back on from property the clasp pinged apart, PC ian Schofield apparently saw this happen from 10 feet away (watching hard?)and after examining it for some time I realised that the gold stamp wasn't the right one, I remember mine clearly and it had a large 9k on the clasp but they returned something with the type of stamp you get on naffy Argos jewellery (I don't doubt gold plated for a minute) so I asked to see the head honcho and he was mysteriously busy for the next 3 days of asking for him. every time I tried to call about such just got fobbed off. So yeah blandford forum police station has a nice lil sideline swapping out jewellery for fake gold, refused to take it btw! Never ever heard anything about it again
