        By far the best specsavers I've been in, in fact it's better than any opticians I've used before. The staff are very friendly and unbelievably helpful.

        Went for earwax treatment, told eardrums were clear, but a bit in outer ear. If I'd known I would be charged 55 for what turned out to be less than 5 seconds cleaning per ear, I wouldn't of bothered. Disgusted staff member didn't advise that ears didn't really need treatment, just too easy to rip people off. Will never use again. No response from head office over my complaint.
