        In the many years that Concept Cables have been a supplier to me, they have always had a refreshing and professional approach to conducting business. Not only are the products first class, the after sales and response to any minor issues is also very good. One of the determining factors for a good supplier is the manner in which they deal with things when all is not fully correct, and on that basis CC are exceptional. That said the times where issues have occurred have been minimal in the many thousands of miles of cable ordered. Concept Cables manufacturing set up is a very interesting place to behold and really helps the understanding of how cables are made, from the very simple, to the seemingly impossible. The company I represent is fortunate to have many good suppliers and CC are in the top echelons of these.
