Had a really horrible experience of a young man working for this company being arrogant and rude, and then accessing part of my home that he wasnt authorised to and removing something belonging to me.

Initially good experience, fast response and booked in quickly to give a quote. Chap was friendly when he came round on the 12th October. I chased a week later and was told they were waiting for final costings, fair enough, but I haven't heard from them since! I have also since found out that our radiators are not in fact compatible with the heating system we advised we wanted them to install! Not good.
