Windows look good, bathroom wall took a beating and left in bad shape. The van driver broke a manhole cover and they dont cover damage on private property he also hit a car reversing out of the yard.. quick service but not good customer service to be honest.

An order was placed for the replacement of an external kitchen door that had been damaged when the wind caught it and threw it back against the wall. I accepted TWR's quote on the 8th March and the door and frame were installed on the 22nd March which I consider an excellent timeframe. The cost was competitive and the job completed to a very high standard. In addition the fitter had a look at a very old door leading into the conservatory that had dropped, did not have adjustable hinges, was catching on the lower edge and was difficult to close. It now closes perfectly. I have no hesitation recommending TWR.

I have used TWR for repairs for the past few years and theyve always been there when I needed them. They didnt fit my current windows but have been brilliant repairing my current windows and I would have no hesitation in using them when the time comes for me to replace them. 5 stars all the way!!

Fantastic Company throughout start to finish. Darren was so friendly and accommodating to meet our needs, Georgie was so lovely, efficient and responsive with communicating and Nigel who fitted the windows and Door was just brilliant. The timescale was excellent and we are so happy with how its all turned out. We will be recommending TWR to everyone. Thank you so much!
