Moving house I needed a copy of a Section 106 agreement for our house built 12years ago & emailed the planning office regarding this & within 10 minutes I had an email back with a pdf of the agreement.& a lovely note with it. Thank you North Dorset & well done .

Useless, absolutely useless. Despite having a monthly direct debit set up they didn't take a payment last month for some reason. Called to sort it and spent ages on hold, finally got through and the lady took a payment over the phone to kept my monthly payments the same going forward. Despite doing this, this months payment has just come out as an increased rate not taking into account my payment! Now back on hold trying to sort it.. 30 min holding so far and still 7 in the queue ahead of me! waste of my time due to incompetent people unable to do their job.
