Hasi Hand Car Wash

If I could give zero stars I would. I read lots of reviews and wasnt impressed but thought that maybe people were being harsh and so today tried this service and actually wished I had never bothered. All the bad reviews are true. Asked for a service 2 when I first pulled up and all was well then when I sat waiting for it to be vacuumed I was told it would be 10 more as it needed extra hoovering! The whole reason I went there was to get it vacuumed and cleaned because it was messy thats the point of a car wash right? No signs anywhere to say what level of messy it could be or how they charge you extra for this. The man there argued with me about the price and I said no its 20 and he said no 30 as dirty car! So I told him this is the first and last time I will be coming here this is how you are loosing customers. He said ok I will not charge you extra. And said its 20, I said you have done a really good job so I will compromise and give you 25 and he then said no its 30 even though he just said 20. Absolutely laughable and so awkward ended up setting on 27 even though he said it should have been 40! Will never come back, make the prices up on the spot and should make it very clear how much is being charged from the very beginning. Had a chat with a couple sat waiting for their car to be cleaned and they said they have tried that on them before too. Really poor. I get your loosing business to the new cash wash up by Lidl but make your prices clear as I said I will go elsewhere next time. Once home after looking closer at the interior of the car seats loads of bits had been missed and I had to clear it myself. Save your money go elsewhere. Should not have to haggle prices this is not a market its a business and not how you should treat customers.

I hadn't noticed till I pulled up at lidl round the corner but i still had a lot of smudges and dirt on my car, for 10 I expected a decent job on my car. I felt it was rushed and it wasn't busy, no one behind either.
