Booked an appointment yesterday, due to us driving an hour with my pregnant wife. Turned up 10 mins after the time to be told he sold it this morning. Said he tried calling me, definitely didnt. Then to be told he actually thought he sold it to us, although the buyers had an appointment 30 minutes after us. Waste of time. Lack of transparency and honesty.

Bought a car here in late 2020. Had problems with the dics and pads straight away. When I made a fuss he paid me half of what it cost for me to fix. Wasnt registered by them as being sold so I never got the V5 so I had todo it myself . I did email and message asking why this hadnt been done. When coming to sell the car to a garage recently they told me the mileage had been clocked in 2016 taking nearly 20k miles off. Which they would have known if they did checks on the car. So I was sold a car that had been clocked previously which meant when selling it I got way less than I would of if the mileage was actually correct. Can safely say this has put me off buying from local Small garages
