        Absolute shambles. No one on front checkouts. Member of staff on back checkout (Mid 60s, slim,glasses) was exceptionally rude. Especially when I (politely) pointed out that there were people waiting at EVERY checkout so she could let them know she was serving at the back of the store.

        Waited over 20 minutes for someone to serve me. That isn't the pharmacy queue which I have at times had to wait for an hour just to speak to someone, not wait for the prescription.
