        The one think you want from a bank is to get your money out then you need it. NatWest make harder and harder every time I go in. Today I needed 3000 to make purchase over the weekend, they would only let me have 2000 of my own money. The staff in Blandford have no interest in customer service, theyd rather you when home and sorted it out on line. After over 25 years with them I cant take any more, I have applied for an account with Lloyds today.

        Why are you still only part time hours when natwest has a statement saying that all there banks are back to pre pandemic opening times as of April 2021 we are now in June and blandford is only 10 till 3 is this a way to close branches

        Waited 30 mins ..very disappointed..there are no help desk ...for any queries, banking . Total mess... queues... more queues ...unnecessary times wasted

        Drove for an hour to get here and it was closed. Please update website so people can know opening hours. Really disappointing as it was an emergency.
