Went for a consultation but as no one was waiting had the wax removed, WOW could not believe how much was in my ears and Gerry was so gentle and gave me advise on best ear drops to use. Definitely will go back if I need too, very friendly, very professional.

Welcoming, professional, knowledgeable and excellent service. Gerry took the time to explain in detail all that was happening as he treated me. At no time did I feel pressured into additional treatment but advice was plentiful. Daniella who coordinates the bookings made me feel at home from my initial phone call. A family business with a genuine family business feel. Highly recommended.

Took my 8 year old daughter in today for an appointment. Very pleased from start to finish!! From the swift response to my email when I booked, to my little girl able to hear colours again at the end of the appointment. Convenient location (Blandford clinic), in and out job done!
