Very strange - would only deal with existing clients, so lost a new client

Absolutely Terrible Service, I would not inflict this company on my worst enemy !!! I would award them minus star figures if possible ! They submitted my accounts late 2 years ago, despite me providing all the information needed several months in advance, then after the late submission, they then forgot to send out the finalized accounts. I had to pay the late fine ! In the latest year they provided a version of accounts for review that needed re-drafting heavily, and refused to provide further accounts until I paid for work on the original incorrect accounts, all with only 2 weeks prior to final submission date (again I provided all paperwork 4-6 months in advance), and blamed 'staff shortages' - For an entire year !! I was left with only 2 weeks to find a new accountant before I received a late payment charge AGAIN due to there terrible service. Now 9 months or so later, they are sending legal action letters, requesting payments for draft accounts that needed heavily re-working, before they would re-look at the correct accounts that I expect I would again need to pay in full for !!, for work carried out after the date they said to me they would not act on my behalf, and that I was not to contact them ever, which coincidentally meant that they did not have to submit my accounts before the 2 week deadline left to do so !!!. I was left me having to find a new accountant and submit the full accounts again, 2 weeks prior to final submission date. I now use this another accountants service, who are a breath of fresh air, and and it was the best move I ever made, getting away from this terrible, terrible company.
