    I could not fault MD cars.The service that I received when purchasing a new Vauxhall Combo last weekend was so professional.Everything that the staff provided to me was so amazing and no problems whatsoever.I would strongly recommend that if you are looking for a new vehicle you should give MD cars in Northampton a try as soon as possible and you will not be disappointed.

    Absolutely fantastic experience buying from MD cars yesterday. I travelled from Manchester to view a van Id seen on auto trader and I was blown away by it and had to have it there and then. Andy was welcoming, helpful and re assuring. Test drive was available and no pushy selling which Ive had the misfortune of experiencing a few times before elsewhere. The transaction was smooth and easy, warranty is made available and drive away insurance too! Im now the proud owner of my very first camper van and I cant thank MD cars enough for making it happen. Trustworthy, reassuring and welcoming, definitely recommend!!

    Had great service from md cars when buying my van good price very tidy vehicles.would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a van .they soon sorted a small problem I had with the wiper blade and delivered my vehicle back to my home .excellent service

    Great to start with extremely helpful, no pressure to buy, very helpful on getting me something I could afford on repayments and even took my old van with no MOT as part deposit (cash brought to get me through a year), was told when i left any issues give us a ring, perfect start left happy. The van had a strange rattling noise changing gears their garage looked at it couldn't find the issue the van still drove ok so went ahead, (5 months later) the problem was solved when I was driving down the M6 and the engine mount bolt came off, I was towed to quick fit immediately where the van was looked at instantly and the issue was diagnosed and rectified, I called the dealership to see if they would help with the costs due to it being so soon after purchase where I was told they would cover the cost of the bolt but wouldn't help with labour costs, so rather than having a long drawn out convo/argument just paid myself as my van is my livelihood. 1 month after I was driving to a job the heating stopped and a funny odor was coming from the engine red warning light came on and the van started overheating, unable to drive the vehicle called the AA where they thought the headgasket might have gone and towed me to a warrenty approved garage, tried ringing the dealership to see if they would help resolve or help cover the van hire costs where i was told we wont do either of those you will need to go through warranty basically washing there hands of any responsibility and was told that a head gasket can go at anytime like a tyre, had no interest in helping resolve the issue in there words "was the problem there when you collected the vehicle" the chap I was dealing with was extremely rude and aggressive over the phone and simply told me he was sick of going round in circles, currently 3 weeks deep hiring a van and will be nearly 2 grand lighter (after warranties help) once works been started. Complaint started with finance company waiting on an inspector to look at the problem, no clue how long this will go on for but it's costing me a fortune. Iv never had any of the above issues with any previous vehicles brought. Initial customer service perfect, aftercare atrocious and customer service shocking. Definitely wouldn't recommend or use again, good to see other reviews where people after sale issues were resolved but I guess if your not paying big money you won't be helped thanks for nothing MD CARS
