    I stayed at Jib Cottage for a week in August. It is a cosy cottage with most amenities. However, it was a little dusty, and had no hot water. Both of these were addressed the next morning by the Office. The reason for two stars was the lack of a fridge. It stated (and still does) that there was a fridge and instead there was a small table top cooler in the kitchen. This was not a fridge. I did go to the Office the next morning to report this and was told they knew there was a cooler of some sort. They offered to install a mini fridge and it was on the floor of the sitting room when I returned in the afternoon. The customer service was prompt. It was awkward to access the fridge and there was not enough space for a week's groceries. I would never have booked a cottage without a fridge. The Company must provide accurate descriptions of their properties so that prospective customers may make informed choices. The Blakeney Cottage Company should have an urgent conversation with the owners of Jib Cottage. I would not use this company again.

    Had a great stay at Coronation Cottage in Blakeney perfect location property does need some attention.letting agents failed to sort a heating issue despite going into the branch without again having to contact them.Also the property was not cleaned to my standards really for us at all.Sent a email when returned to report this not even a response! Overpriced for sure!
