        I shipped a package to someone in Blakeney with postage calculated by the USPS and paid for. The recipient is telling me that she received a notice from Blakeney post office saying they could not deliver until she paid extra postage. How can this be? The package did not gain weight en route ! Why is this happening? I have never experienced this before. Please reply.
