        This is by far the best gym mostly because Cat is amazing. I recently started with boxercise and I love it, albeit everything aches today, that means it's working! Great energy from Cat, I love her!!

        I'm traveling around the UK just now and soon I'll be on to Europe, so I decided as a fitness fanatic and ex-fitness professional I'm going to visit gyms and MMA clubs around the country and Europe. Massy's Gym was the first on my roadtrip and it was great! Cat who runs the gym and classes was so lovely and friendly, her husband Paul too a superb bloke and both of them know their stuff when it comes to training so I was in good hands. As a traveller I have to say it's the perfect spot to come for a workout with a variety of equipment and loads of space to train in anyway that suits you. Also it's very clean and tidy with washroom attached. I'm very grateful to both Cat and Paul and I'd highly recommend Massy's Gym to anyone travelling through or living nearby. Much love. Gav.
