Called up trying to get to work and while trying to tell the person the addresses got constantly interrupted and told to call back when I knew what I was doing and hung up on. Appalling customer service

I am a wheelchair user and since my journey home turned out to be inaccessible I had to get a taxi from walsall. The driver told me its cash only so me and the stranger who was helping me get home began to walk to the cash point round the corner. Taxi driver 77 insisted I get in and he drives me there (even though it is less than a minute away). I got in the taxi and he drove me to the cash point then proceeded to ask that I give my card and card number to the stranger to get money out for me. I said Im not giving my card pin to anyone. He sighed and insisted I gave my card to the person and was refusing to let me out of the car and sighing repeatedly like it was my fault. Eventually he let me out to get the cash out. When I got back into the car I noticed he did not secure my wheelchair to the car properly and he said hold on to the rail make sure to hold it for the whole journey but the hand rail was just out of reach without me bending forward and injuring myself. This made me feel unsafe and on edge the whole journey. So not only did this driver ask me to give my card and pin number to a complete stranger, refuse to let me out of the car when asked but he also put me at risk by not securing my chair and asking me to sit in a position which was causing me pain and could cause injury.

Booked to drop my frail elderly mum to the outpatients at QE. Driver couldn't find it and ordered my mum out as he had another job to go to ( collecting someone from the entrance to the hospital). ! She had no idea where she was and struggled for half an hour with her walking stick. Was late for her appointment too. Should be ashamed . Avoid
