Misled on the sale of the house currently seeking legal advise The construction of the driveways and entrance to the houses arent very well thought out If you have minimal knowledge on construction. This has to be one of the worse things experience of my life. Ive been home owner with keep moat just over a year now. Ive had 3 dodgy toilets that have all needed sorting/replacing. Ive also had shower room leak. Always chasing up plumbers never turn up, also found out that Ive had small leak now for few months to be told its due to the bath and the sealant coming off. They are refusing to do the work and fix it for me when Ive only been in house for a year, Im not being funny but if a bath tub is sealed properly it should be coming apart within a year also had this with the shower room 3 months ago yet they fixed that after constantly getting onto them. Company is poor full of excuses would not recommend buying of them. Already looking at selling due to poor workmanship on property.
