This shop causes itself queues because nobody there actually wants to serve the customers. Every time I come here its the same problems, most staff have no customer service skills, they never provide a receipt so when they incorrectly charge you, like they consistently do, you have no way of taking it up with them. Many customers have to tell them what things cost at the till as the advertised offers never go on. Always check stock as often its out of date as the ones not serving also dont bother to rotate. Save yourself the hassle. Avoid

Handy if your local but some prices are very lnflated .Always have a chat and laugh with one of the girls. Luv it!!!

A lovely shop .. with the most Disgusting disrespectful members off staff !!! I understand the kids around this area can be abit difficult at times which kid isn't. But when your members off staff threaten to smack peoples children and for me as a parent to go into your shop too sort whatever had gone on out I get the most rude disrespectful behaviour from grown women working behind your counters.. telling me they're going to smash my face in .. rude and VERY unprofessional. Even the manager defends her staffs threatening behaviour too which is absolutely shocking . I believe if someone's child is causing any kind of disrespectful behaviour too your members off staff they do not under any circumstance have the rights too threaten someone's child .. instead take it up with the parent LIKE ADULTS . disgraceful place with disgraceful employees SORT IT OUT !!
