1st Choice Bouncy Castle Hire

Really happy with the service provided by 1st Choice. I hired a giant slide & disco castle for a birthday party. My location wasnt on their website but after enquiring, they were happy to deliver. Also very accommodating, as I had a bit of a tight time frame for the hall I had hired. The team on the day were nice people - punctual, efficient, really friendly and polite. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you all x

Booked a inflatable slide for children and adults 165 Service was terrible delivered the item at 11am to 11.15am which was not a issue but then to come amd collect the item with 6 hours is 17:40pm terrible not worth the money very expensive and not very helpful on , The hire should be at least 8 to 9 hours for the amount of money paid but to collect it and say we was the closet postcode just not nice. I hire bouncy castles alot throughout the year but will not be using this company again . I also hired a adult bouncy castle from a different company as availability was not there for 2nd item but they delivered they castle at 9am amd did not collect till 8.15pm great price and service from West Midlands castle.
