From quoting through to the final follow up after the job, Rook Services were a pleasure to deal with. They provided an affordable quote, provided all of the information I needed without me having to ask for it and completed the work (in bad weather) with a smile, with no fuss and to the highest possible standard and finish. They also followed up quickly to ensure I was happy with the work.
Rook Services made this domestic upgrade affordable and simple in complete contrast to UK Power Networks (UKPN) and West Sussex County Council who were (in partnership) both looking to charge extraordinary amounts of money (to work overground) that they couldn't actually articulate when asked to break their quote down.
Rook Services provided a refreshing contrast to this initial confusion and frustration and I would encourage anyone looking for domestic (or indeed commercial) moling to contact them in the first instance.
