Ordered and paid for items online, confirmation email said be held for 7days. Go to pick it up before the 7days and it had been cancelled. No email to warn me of this so drove all the way there for nothing. Couldn't tell me why it'd been cancelled other than something about numbers on items and they have to go back. You say you hold things for x amount of time I expect it to be there when I come for it before that time is up. And now I have to wait 5 to 7 days for a refund!!!! Complete joke of a place. Would not recommend. Can't give my choice of 0 stars but it's definitely a 0!!

Had trouble with my locking wheel nuts but the man sorted out within 10 mins. Thanks to the man who done this for me.

This is such a great place to get car parts on the cheap. Anything you want, generally speaking, you can get it the same day. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because you've got to watch their prices! What they seem to do is make majority of parts very cheap (so that we believe they're the cheapest), but they'll make the odd few parts waaaaaaaay overpriced. Don't get caught out with that!

I always do click and collect here as it's quicker and often cheaper due to online offers. I was most impressed by how the staff dealt with a difficult customer who was asking the automotive equivalent of " how long is a piece of string ". Either know exactly what you want or at the very least your vehicle registration and everything will go smoothly and efficiently.
