        Very poor service, Tried to arrange a visit to be told "we don't make bookings we just turn up when passing", Then got an email to say can we come now to which I responded saying it wasn't a good time only for them to turn up, when asked to wait for 10 minutes as in a meeting they just drove off and didn't bother waiting. When asked to call prior to a visit they responded in Spanish saying they couldn't help.
