Poor communication, pathetic internal organisation and no empathy whatsoever regarding any issue raised. Used for 5 years, never had an issue, one of their employees messed up - I'm stuck footing the bill for their mistake. AVOID.

Not impressed and an example of how a merger can go wrong with existing clients. Response times have dropped and for me as a customer moving from Keen IT to Windsor Telecom I feel like the service levels have fallen through the floor. Does this new company offer SLAs? What is the actual turn around time for answering issues? We are on the hunt for new remote IT services - shame because when they guys were Keen IT there was a more personalised service.

Very poor service. I would not recommend this company. They say one thing and do another. When things are not right they dont have the guts to talk to customers and just ignore them. I was lied to during the sales process. During the contract no problems with the service but dont expect any form of help when things are not right. Better and more reliable suppliers out there.
