Excel Wizardry

Kevin recently built a large spreadsheet for our business, we had created a very simple sheet in house but we needed someone with far superior Excel knowledge so that our data told us what we needed to know. We had created a spreadsheet in-house to manage large scale training projects. Whilst the tool produced a lot of the information that we and our clients required, there was still a large amount of manual data entry required. There were also a number of constraints such as room availability, staff skills and staff leave etc. that had to be considered when creating the schedule which could comprise up to 1000 events scheduled over a short period of time, all of which meant that mistakes were difficult to avoid. Kevin has spent time working patiently to understand our requirements and using his obvious Excel skills has built a tool that takes this burden off our shoulders. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others in a similar position. Kevin has automated a chore that could take several days into a process that takes minutes.

Professional and incredibly useful! It was great to have someone who knew exactly what we wanted out of his services. Kevin has worked on two projects for me and both times he has taken the time to really understand how I work and exactly what I needed to do, resulting in software that does just that. Aside from the obvious benefits to my business in terms of time saving and streamlining of processes I also have the reassurance of knowing that the software incorporates all the checks I used to have to do manually and if something isnt quite right it tells me. Two years on I am still amazed at how clever my bookings / magazine flat planning system is and I simply love using it it has made my life so much easier.
