        Awful staff. Boyan working @ Hereford arms was unnecessarily aggressive. When asked to calm down he refused. When asked for his license number he said to f*** off. When ask for who he worked for he said Pavillion security but write a long email to them, I can do what I want and they dont care. What professional operation you have..

        cant believe what im seeing disgusting members of staff trying to choke out a member of the public on the floor. they should be charged. how on earth do people like this get hired. can imagine the absolute weapons and spanners who employed them too, they will be just as disgusting.
