We used this firm couple of years ago for medical waste collection. We cancelled the contract as the service was poor and also lots of issues with invoices. we paid everything when cancelled contract. No communication till now and now after two years they are claiming money through CST law who may be getting a good commission from this firm. We have paid and sent them the proof too but no communication from anybody, just demanding money. I had no choice but to pay but just wanted to make other aware that please be careful with this firm, They are money grabbing company. There are lots of genuine firms who can do far better job and no scam.

Well I have used some poor suppliers in the past but these chaps carry the trophy for being the worse possible supplier. We use them for Washroom services in the school, claimed to visited and serviced the school in one month but this was not true, failed to acknowledge the missed service or even refund for this, missed the next service date, when they finally arrived they didn't have the necessary equipment to complete the job. Absolute mess and unbelievable in their lack of communication, they have a habit of passing the buck and not taking ownership. Good luck trying to get a response.
