I've lost some weight already and also inches in all areas and am really enjoying the varied exercise videos and can't wait to see the progress I make in coming weeks and months. NNPersonalTraining.co.uk has been really supportive throughout the weeks since I started and has given me some really helpful advice on nutrition and increasing my protein intake
