Most of my dealings with Seymours, Blackwater are with Ben. He is honest, punctual and knowledgeable. He spent time to understand our needs and expectations and put time and effort to find our family home. He is in regular contact with myself with check ins and updates and pro-active in getting things done including communicating with other parties involved in the buying process. His colleagues are professional and friendly over the phone and pass on messeges in a timely manner. The Blackwater branch provide a great service.

My husband and I stumbled across Seymours whilst looking for a new area to live. Ben was our first point of contact, how lucky were we. We found Ben to be extremely professional and informative throughout, all our emails and calls were promptly answered. More importantly for us Ben listened and was respectful of our needs, something we found serverely lacking in surrounding agents.
